Madrid, 7th May 2003. Mr Andreas Zeitler and Mr Ricardo Frowein Lopez de Arenosa have been appointed to Visual Century’s supervisory board, with immediate effect.

Mr Zeitler is a member of the Executive Board of Software AG and responsible for the Software AG Central and Eastern Europe region, and Mr Frowein is CFO at Software AG Spain and controller for the Software AG Southern and Western European region.
